Our first walk through the property felt like stepping into a dream,  a quintessential Punta Mita day, where the weather was flawless, the sky stretched endlessly, and the soothing rhythm of the waves filled the air. The view was anchored by a striking peak in the distance, known by locals as “Monkey Mountain.” It was this stunning blend of ocean, jungle, and mountain that inspired the creation of Casa Todo Bien, a home designed to feel like a living postcard.

As you enter the villa, you're guided down a grand 15-foot-wide marble staircase, flanked by shimmering waterwalls composed of thousands of smooth, black river stones that glisten by day and glow at night. The descent is peaceful, almost meditative, and with every step, the view gradually unfolds: the reef, the deep blue ocean, and finally, the dramatic silhouette of Monkey Mountain rising on the horizon.
